About Me

My name is Nora Milley, I was born and raised in Mexico City.

In 2000 I got married and moved to Michigan where found a great Class with

Fitness Motivators, after attending to the class for few years, one of the founders

asked me to join her group of instructors after achieving my certification as a

Group Fitness Instructor in 2004 I taught with Fitness Motivators until 2006 when

I moved to Raleigh, NC when I got here I start searching for fun classes to take,

when discovered Zumba®, and the possibility to become a Zumba® instructor, so

I got my certification as a Zumba® instructor in 2006.

Every time I teach a class I re-energize my body, mind, and soul. And when I see my students having fun, I have accomplished my mission of sharing a little bit of my culture in the best way possible. Having fun to be healthy.

Teaching Zumba® classes is my fun job, and is the best remedy after a long day of work. I have a full time job at NCSU coaching companies in the implementation of Best Manufacturing Practices and Quality. Even though I love my full time job, It is Zumba® what always makes me smile.

I also love to travel, listen to music, dance, sing, try new things, and in general being active, having fun and, enjoying life with my family and friends.

I believe that life has to be fun. If you are not having fun doing whatever you do, look for something that makes you happy and go for it! Remember you can do anything if you really want it!
