Text Box: I was born and raised in Mexico City. I love the latin music and to move to its beat, I am not at all a professional dancer, but I am certainly an official Zumba® instructor! 
I also hold a FiTOUR Primary Group Exercise Instructor Certification since 2004. 
I am an Industrial Engineer with a full time job at NCSU. Enjoy to travel, sing, dance, and spend time with my wonderful husband, family and friends. 
Hope you enjoy Zumba® as much as I do.

Dear Zumba® lovers,

The Zumba® convention for Zumba® Instructors is just a few months away.  I am very  excited that I get to go, and hopefully meet the creator of all this revolution. Beto Perez (the creator) will be teaching one of the workshops I will be attending.

This convention is just another proof of how much Zumba® Fitness takes care of the Zumba® family, and I am really happy to be one of the members.  Hope you know that even though you are not a Zumba® instructor, if you love Zumba®, you are part of the family too!

Text Box: Stressed out? ... Simple ways to beat stress
Text Box: Take five minutes to concentrate on your breathing, and as you breath, relax every muscle on your body, including your face.  Concentrate on breathing and relaxing, let your mind travel through your body.
Take a peaceful stroll, around the block, at the park, the place doesn’t matter. As you walk admire your surroundings: colors, smells, sounds, etc.  This is not your usual power walking routine, you only need to invest a few minutes for this nice stroll to get your mind out!
Exercise!!! if you enjoy this activity, not only will get rid of stress but you will also get healthier. (Few years ago my favorite was cardio-kickboxing!)
And my number one Favorite… take a Zumba® class or dance yourself away! Listen to the music and let your body feel it, be yourself, move as the music takes you, and enjoy being silly!   I do it all the time!
