Heeeeeyyyyy!!!! I am still around and trying to keep up with everything going on with me right now. I can’t believe March is almost over! This year seems going faster than the previous and the one before, some people may say that it feels like it because I am getting “old”, however I feel better than ever! I just completed my second 1/2 marathon and did better than expected, so that keeps me very excited. Of course I have to mention that to achieve those results I had to train and train and train a little more; the good thing is that it paid off. I still have a lot of races and miles to run this year, so if you are interested in joining, let me know! This year I also started teaching Aqua Zumba™, that’s right! Zumba® in the pool, it is definitely different than in land but I think is fun as well. Try it and let me know what you think. I need your input to improve the classes and give you the best Zumba® experience possible. Once again, THANKS for being so loyal to my classes and for giving me so much support and love. The Zumba® parties at the Garner Senior Center have been such a great success that we are scheduled all the way until September! These parties are hosted by local Zumba® instructors (Erin, Kathy, Vanessa and Nora), and give the opportunity to the Zumba® fans to enjoy 2 hours of uninterrupted fun, and to meet more people with the same passion for Zumba®. Also, it gives the opportunity to people that don’t know about Zumba®, to learn about it. Of course, after the first time they are hooked! Please visit my website periodically for the dates of the parties. The parties take place one Friday a month from 6:30pm to 8:30pm at the Garner Senior Center. They only cost $3 per person and this fee is paid at the door. No childcare is available but it is open for anyone 16 years and older. We can guarantee you will have a great time! Dress to workout and bring water. Hope to see you there!
