Text Box: I was born and raised in Mexico City. I love the latin music and to move to its beat, I am not at all a professional dancer, but I am certainly an official Zumba® instructor!
I also hold a FiTOUR Primary Group Exercise Instructor Certification since 2004.
I am an Industrial Engineer with a full time job at NCSU. Enjoy to travel, sing, dance, and spend time with my wonderful husband, family and friends.

Dear Zumba® students,

This year looks very promising for Zumba® and for my classes.  It seems that the Zumba® craze finally got to the triangle area, and with this craze new challenges for me and all the existent Zumba® instructors.  We need to keep focus to offer you the best class possible, to keep you motivated and excited about our classes.  That’s why I am preparing new choreographies and talking to other instructors to try to compile the best of everyone to offer to you.

I hope this year brings good times and good things to you and all your loved ones.

See you in class!

Zumba® love,

Nora Janette Milley

Lately I have heard a lot of people having problems falling asleep. Well if you are one of those people, I read an article that may help you sleep without drugs.  This is the summary:

1. Keep your bedroom cool, dark and quiet, find the comfiest mattress, pillows, and comforter you can.

2. Exercise or Zumba®! This will release anxiety and will tire you out.

3. Get on a sleep/awake schedule—try it even on the weekends to keep your internal clock on track.

4. Get into a relaxing routine, no TV or computers allowed!!! Try a bath or a book.

5. Skip drinks high in sugar, caffeine and alcohol 4 to 6 hours before bed.

Good luck and sweet dreams!
