Dear Zumba® students, That’s right, now I am running! I have never been a runner, but some of my fitness friends suggested for me to enroll in a 5K, however between football season and other personal commitments my fall is let’s say... booked, so the only race I found was a 8K on Thanksgiving day, I will be running the Turkey Trot. I am not competing, I am just running it as a personal challenge and for fun. If anyone is interested on joining me at the run, just let me know and I will give you all the information you need to know to enroll. Born to Zumba® and ,now to run too. Nora Janette Milley |
